A new Chrome Update to ver. 117.0.5938.132 disallows any host that uses a certificate that has been signed with a CA that has any SHA-1 Hashing Algorithm in its chain of trust.
For now, you can use Microsoft Edge until Edge is also updated.
The current solution is to re-key your certificate.
